Building community and connection through improvisation and musical expression.
Ready to use the power of music to unlock your creativity, build connection and community—all through a powerful experience that is equal parts finding your voice, creative expression, and playful vocal improvisation?
Lyn’s CircleSounds is a practice that engages a group in a spirit of play, using the voice in song and sound. Participants can create on the spot in a way that includes the whole circle. Whether there are 5, 10, 100 or more, the magic of CircleSounds brings life and energy to the participants through fun, musical experimentation, and imagination.
Beginning in February, Lyn invites you to immerse yourself in the present moment through music. CircleSounds builds deep listening and trust – in oneself and others. It requires risk taking, vulnerability, openness, and spontaneity. In CircleSounds, there are no mistakes, no right or wrong—simply free-flowing human expression.

Lyn works with groups and teams in organizations, churches, schools, retreat centers, and more through the impactful experience of CircleSounds.
At the core of CircleSounds is musical expression and improvisation. This fun and engaging experience within a community creates outcomes that reach beyond the actual exercise itself and apply to a person's work and whole life outside the circle. This is often where the greatest meaning-making takes place, and it's why this practice can be transformational.
CircleSounds includes deep listening and trust in oneself and others. It requires risk taking, vulnerability, and a willingness to stay present...a true "out of the box" activity requiring openness, change, spontaneity, and exploration. It’s an affirming experience in which there are no mistakes and is infused with experimentation and positivity.
Workshops are customized for every group depending on the intention. They range from 90 minutes to a full day with outcomes that include:
- Enhancing communication

- Growing awareness of the power of equity and inclusion
- Developing stronger interpersonal relationships
- Navigating challenge and conflict with greater ease
- Embracing a spirit of play and creativity
